Can I cancel and receive a refund?
You may cancel with a minimum of 8 hours’ notice prior to your class time by contacting us via WhatsApp using the number provided in the footer. The refund will be issued to the bank account you provide within a maximum of 14 business days via electronic transfer. However, the refund will be for the net transaction amount, meaning it will be partial, as bank fees from the original transaction are non-refundable.

Can classes be taken by two or more people?
At Human English, we believe that the best way to learn a language is through classes that are 100% tailored to the individual, in a space free of social inhibitions where students can communicate comfortably. To ensure the quality of our service, we only accept one student per session.
If I book once, do I get priority scheduling?
Bookings are made through weekly purchases to ensure that everyone has the same opportunity to take a class. Since we currently have limited availability with only one teacher, we cannot guarantee a permanent time slot. We hope to offer more options and formats in the future.
1. Service Description
The service offered consists of private online classes, conducted individually via Google Meet, on the date and time selected by the user through the booking system connected to Google Calendar.
Each class is considered a digital service and must be paid in advance to be confirmed.
2. Booking and Payment Process
The user first selects the date and available time through the booking system.
The reservation is not considered confirmed until the payment has been successfully completed.
Once payment is made, the class will be confirmed in Google Calendar.
If payment is not completed, the provider reserves the right to release the reserved time slot without prior notice.
Bookings are made on a weekly basis, subject to availability, and do not guarantee a fixed or permanent schedule.
3. Class Format
Classes are individual (one student per session).
Group classes or participation of two or more people in the same session are not allowed.
Sessions are conducted exclusively via Google Meet.
The access link will be sent to the user before the class begins.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
The user may cancel a class with a minimum of 8 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp using the contact provided on the website.
If canceled within the established timeframe, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days.
The refund will be for the net transaction amount.
Bank fees, payment gateway charges, or processing costs are non-refundable, so the refunded amount may be partial.
Cancellations outside the allowed timeframe or failure to attend do not qualify for a refund.
5. Session Schedule
The class will take place strictly within the time reserved by the user.
The session time will not be extended if the user joins late.
Unused time within the reserved slot is non-transferable and non-refundable.
The teacher has a maximum tolerance of 15 minutes to start the class. If the delay falls within this period, the time will be compensated by extending the session.
If the teacher’s delay exceeds 15 minutes or the time is not compensated, the student will have the right to book an additional session at no cost, requested via WhatsApp and subject to availability.
6. User Responsibility
To ensure the class runs smoothly, the user agrees to:
Have a stable internet connection.
Have functional access to Google Meet.
Have the necessary equipment for the session (microphone, camera, and other devices).
Technical issues on the user’s side do not automatically qualify for refunds. However, such issues or other technical situations may result in a free rescheduling, subject to availability and at the teacher’s discretion, upon request via WhatsApp.
7. Provider Responsibility
If the class cannot be conducted due to reasons attributable to the provider (technical issues, instructor unavailability, or similar situations), the user may choose to:
Reschedule the class at no cost via WhatsApp, or
Request a refund of the net amount paid (bank or payment processing fees are non-refundable).
8. Use of Third-Party Platforms
The service relies on external platforms such as Google Meet, Google Calendar, Calendly, and payment providers. The provider is not responsible for failures, interruptions, or errors from these platforms that are beyond their control.
9. User Conduct
The user agrees to maintain a respectful attitude during the class. Offensive, aggressive, discriminatory, harassing behavior, or any conduct that disrupts the session will not be tolerated.
The provider reserves the right to refuse to conduct the class or to terminate the session, even if it has been booked and paid for, in such cases. No refund will be issued.
10. Recordings and Materials
Classes may not be recorded by the user without prior authorization.
All materials shared during the session are the property of the provider and are intended solely for the student’s personal use.
11. Limitation of Liability
Classes are intended for educational and supportive purposes. The provider does not guarantee specific results, as progress depends on the student’s commitment, practice, and individual circumstances.
12. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either the provider or the user (such as widespread internet outages, power failures, or similar situations), the class may be rescheduled by mutual agreement, subject to availability.
13. Privacy Policy
Personal data provided by the user (name, email, WhatsApp number, or other information necessary for booking) is used solely for class management, communication, and payments.
This data will not be sold or shared with third parties, and the user may request its deletion at any time.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and paying for a class, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
