At Human English, we work with teachers who have diverse experience using Spanish, coming from different professional backgrounds. We do not believe there is only one path to teaching, which is why we do not require traditional teaching degrees. We value real-life experience with the language, strong communication skills, and a human, respectful, and adaptable approach that allows teachers to connect with each student and support them closely and personally throughout their learning process.

We require all our teachers to have active experience using the language, hold a completed bachelor’s degree, have at least a C1 level in an official Spanish certification or be native Spanish speakers, be trained in the Human English method, and have at least one year of verifiable prior experience as tutors.

That’s why each teacher sets the price of their sessions, establishing their rates according to their education, background, specialization, and the value they consider fair for their work.

All our teachers have been trained in the Human English teaching method and personally vetted, ensuring that every class meets our standards and guidelines.

Additionally, if a student chooses to take classes with multiple teachers, their learning portfolio is maintained and continuously developed. Each teacher has access to the student’s academic progress and follows up on work completed in previous sessions, ensuring consistency, progress, and continuity in every class, regardless of who teaches it.

All of this allows us to offer a flexible, structured, and personalized learning experience. We provide students with clear and transparent options to choose the teacher that best fits their needs and schedules.
